TRX Fit Club and Golf Fit Club — two different classes utilizing the TRX training  methods.

Small Group Personal Training – using TRX suspension strap training methods — voted best “total body” workout by Men’s Heath Magazine!  

• Incorporates body weight and core stability training
• Work on mobility, flexibility and strength
• 6-week program on Tuesdays & Thursdays taught by Personal Trainer Shirley Trent
• $10/per class (with 6-week signup)

To honor those who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan, Montana Athletic Club is pleased to offer complimentary year-long memberships. Here is how it works:

• Must have been in active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan
• You will receive a free, one year membership at MAC
• Spouses are eligible for the 2nd Family Member rate ($28 for EFT)
• Children 20 years of age and younger are eligible for the Additional Family Member rate ($17 for EFT)
• If you are called back into action, then your family still receives their special rate and when you return you will receive another entire year long membership from us
