Q: What is SilverSneakers?
A: SilverSneakers is a program available through your participating insurance companies and includes a free membership to Montana Athletic Club. Currently Humana Gold Members are eligible for SilverSneakers membership. For questions regarding eligibility, we encourage you to speak directly with your insurance company.
Q: I was told I can participate in SilverSneakers. How do I apply?
A: All you need to do is come on over to Montana Athletic Club. We will have you fill out the official SilverSneakers application and sign the Montana Athletic Club membership form. Please bring your Humana Gold Card with you as we will need to make a photo copy of the card to include with your membership information. You will receive a swipe card from Montana Athletic Club so each time you come to the club, you’ll swipe your membership card. It’s that simple!
